I’ve been living here for two years with absolutely no problems! Office staff is amazing and professional! Maintenance is quick and reliable!

My experience and move in was great so far so good I love it over here my townhouse looks really new and my neighborhood street looks great I have no complaints . The staff in office are so amazing and sweet they helped me so much with the move in process and getting settled in parkton .

I have red some of the comments and I'm like what I have been here for 10 months and there is not one thing I can complain about I have a two-bedroom townhouse and I'm down downsizing from a house and I enjoy it all I like that there's a playground in the back there's a pool the staff has been very nice very understanding very helpful in any way they can

Lived here for going on 2 years and have seen an improvement is so many things around our community. Still currently here the staff is awesome very friendly and understanding. They genuinely want to help and work with you as long as you have open communication with them. They want this to be a great community to live in and it’s come a very long way. I am a very happy renter!
